Still dry

- throat and mouth still very dry when ai sleep on bed flat but no pain of smarting or burning although can feel the mucus behind the soft palette beneath the nose - why ah?
- if swallow water in one large go, can feel the water brush against a raw sharp edge in throat right side so have to drink slowly
- left side throat can feel a small lump once only when swallowing and then disappeared


- wup early mouth dry drink water
- went bek to sleep on bed and wup at 930ish feeling very very dry, tongue sticking to top of palatte so jump up to drink water but no smarting or burning pain
- afternoon nap pulled my waist muscle right side, a bit pain

- ai only drink the wtr at night, din eat anything after red bean pao
