- yesterday night mouth so dry cannot stand it so went to chew gum xylitol to get saliva. Sure got a lot of saliva but the sweetness is yucks! Then ai brush teeth and in the morning the mouth feels very clean like having a layer of protective wax so dunno wat chem was in it. As before ai dislike the taste of chwgum n still do so no more.
- morning wup with super dry mouth and the right side throat is so dry that it felt like having a vertical laceration from mouth to mid throat so quickly jump up and drink water. ai think msg in kz cause the extra dryness cos tonight not so dry
