Found this receipt during cut-up activities on 6 Dec 2010 (Mon). The date printed on the receipt is 04/07/2008 12:13 so I don't know whether it is April 7 or July 4.
I think this is the only time I ate in the restaurant called Jack's Place. I believe that I was with Jp.
