Feels like paper cut

- at nite sat up many times to drink water cos throat and mouth so so dry
- right side of throat and ear so very painful feels lump when swallow and it feels like a paper cut when wup up due to dryness
-  after eating ck still painful
- homemade saline wash nostrils and gargle warm water and misting in long shw and after that cannot feel the lump
- short nap but jump up cos mouth and throat very dry if ai swallow without water it will feel like paper cut in my throat so jump up to drink water
- after thicoptm mouth dry but no lump
- must keep drinking water and mouth moist
