The letter is in

Changed the letter as suggested but still there was apprehension until the letter was accepted by the department-in-charged. Is it out of the norm to have such aspiration? Found out that DBKL office has moved. Luckily I didn't walk there on Monday. Would have wasted my energy and lots of effort.
