- d lamb cari like a bit off at the sides, then many pieces of lamb meat sticking to membrane - membrane hard to chew, ate one piece and spat the other piece out. Got some pieces with little rib bones, - just too much and the cari taste is kinda thick and sweet, potatoes a bit rubbery - too long cooking already gua so no more next time.
