Woke up at 1030 to someone's growling tummy. Went for lunch but YMS was not opened for business so ate at the coffee shop next to it. Wanton soup mee and wanton mee with 2 barli 1170 and saw that they use a plastic container which was supposed to contain paint to carry water from the pipe to the cauldrons used for boiling water to cook the noodles. Did the container contain paint once before? Are we eating paint residue? 1.5 for 30 nails and 1 for a bar of plastic wedges. Off to work we went. Completed 2 out of 7 bars. Got a call from the Laws asking us to go for dinner at 6pm. We left work at 1640 to get ready. Dinner of takeaway roast duck, steamed 2 pomfrets with ginger and spring onions, steamed village chicken with waxed sausages, yau mak vege, stirfried chicken innards with chinese cabbage (wong ng pak). Was shown the itinerary of the Shanghai travel 2500 each. Will contribute 1+3 0s only. Tea and red bean green tea mooncake from Bakers' Cottage. Chit chat about medicine and disease. Everyone was pressurized. Back home at 10pm and the wifey started doing house chores - laundry, dishes and watnots. Something to be noted: the ledge of 3 was cleaned - no more packs and buts.
